Poor Quality and Overpriced
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with Sunny Ridge Townhomes, citing poor quality and overpriced rent. Destiny Benson gave 2 stars, stating that the price is too high for no amenities or utilities included. The build quality seems low, with a standard interior and a washer/dryer that she disliked. C. O. also gave 1 star, complaining about noisy neighbors and poor construction, with paper-thin walls and huge dogs that disturb the peace.
Lack of Maintenance and Unprofessional Staff
Reviewers also reported issues with maintenance and staff unprofessionalism. Dallis Londrigan gave 1 star, detailing instances of illegal fees, rude staff, and poor living conditions. Nails stuck out of the carpet, and the carpet wasn't properly installed. Melissa Marie gave 2 stars, stating that maintenance requests were often ignored or taken a long time to resolve. Rachel Zimmer gave 1 star, complaining about unresponsive staff, major plumbing issues, and poor handling of maintenance requests.
No Amenities and Poor Building Quality
Many reviewers wished there were more amenities included in the rent, such as a gym or pool. Melissa Marie mentioned that the building settling caused drywall cracks, which were not properly addressed. Rachel Zimmer reported having to change the lock on her door herself because the previous tenant must have changed the locks and the property manager didn't have a key.
