Our building is also equipped with elevators, emergency pull cords, and secure intercom systems.

Our Amenities

Our apartments feature air conditioning, cable-ready connections, and emergency pull cords. We also welcome pets, with a maximum of one pet per apartment, and offer parking in our surface lot. Our community is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, clothing stores, and hobby shops.

Education and Scholarship Opportunities

At Zephyr Apartments, we believe that education is key to unlocking your potential. That's why we partner with The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation to offer college scholarships to our residents. Through this program, our residents can apply for scholarships each year of their undergraduate education. This unique opportunity is designed to help our residents achieve their academic goals and pursue their dreams.

Floor Plans and Lease Terms

Our floor plans are designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space. We offer a range of lease terms, including a one-year lease, and our rental criteria include income guidelines. We also accept Section 8 vouchers.

Deposits and Fees

We require a deposit, which varies depending on the apartment, as well as a pet deposit of $300. We also charge an application fee, which is waived for qualified applicants.
