Our apartments are furnished with new appliances, including self-cleaning ovens, frost-free refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, air conditioning, and electric heat with individual heat controls. Each apartment also comes with washer/dryer hookups, walk-in closets, and private patios with an attached storage unit.

We offer a range of apartments, including one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. Rent includes your water, sewer, and garbage, and the rent is prorated from the time you move in. We also have a reasonable security deposit which can be prorated into your monthly rent fee. A screening fee is required to process your application. For your convenience, we have a great bulk rate deal with the cable company, and we also rent out new GE washer/dryer pairs.
