The Cabrera Companies are a trio of small, locally owned businesses in Cape May County, New Jersey. Our main office is located in Wildwood Crest, where we offer a range of services including real estate sales and vacation rentals through Cabrera Coastal Real Estate. We also provide community association management services for condominiums and homeowners associations, and shore homes through Cabrera Property Management. Additionally, we offer residential home repair services for shore homes through Cabrera Home Repair. Our team consists of ten year-round staff members and many sales agents, with almost twenty additional seasonal staff during the summer. We pride ourselves on our unparalleled service, supported by a full fleet and numerous technology platforms.

Our story began in 1987 when Don and Jeanine Cabrera met in college at California University of Pennsylvania. They started their careers in the Wildwoods, working for various businesses including the Morey Organization and Seapointe Village. Don, a recreation and parks major, worked as a lifeguard and water park manager, while Jeanine, a special education major, later received her NJ real estate salesperson license and began working in real estate at Seapointe Village. They eventually started their first company, Cabrera Property Management, in 2002, which has since grown to manage over 35 properties from Avalon to Cape May. In 2006, they opened Cabrera Realty, and Jeanine received her NJ Brokers License. Today, the Cabrera Companies continue to thrive, driven by Don's and Jeanine's commitment to excellence in their respective fields.
