We are the Cabrera Companies, locally owned and operated firms serving all of Cape May County, New Jersey for decades. Our leadership team, Don and Jeanine Cabrera, bring over 35 years of combined hands-on real estate and community association management experience to every client interaction. Don holds certifications as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Broker-Associate, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO), with foundational experience gained managing the 17-acre oceanfront Seapointe Village development starting in the mid-1980s. Jeanine is a licensed New Jersey real estate professional with GRI and SFR certifications, and has been a repeated New Jersey Association of Realtors Excellence Service award winner for her ethical, detail-oriented client representation. We launched Cabrera Property Management in 2002, which has grown from a two-property local operation to a portfolio of more than 40 community association and shore home management clients spanning Sea Isle to Cape May. We expanded our real estate sales and vacation rental services in 2006 with the opening of Cabrera Coastal Real Estate, serving clients across the Wildwoods and surrounding Cape May County beach communities.
Our year-round team of 10 dedicated staff members grows to nearly 20 during peak summer season to ensure consistent, responsive service for all clients.
