Who We Are
The Delta Association of REALTORS (DAR) is a non-profit organization that serves more than 900 REALTOR and Affiliate members. As a member of the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, we strive to provide our members with the tools they need to remain successful. Our mission is to promote professionalism, advocacy, community, and success among our members.
About the Delta Housing Affordability Fund
We have launched a new housing affordability program aimed at increasing housing affordability for qualifying, first-time homebuyers by providing closing cost assistance. Our mission is to reduce the financial burden of purchasing a home and bridge the affordability gap for those who may not otherwise qualify. This new program will support Delta Association of REALTORS' request for funds and grant application submission to the California Association of REALTORS' Housing Affordability Fund (HAF).

Membership Categories
- REALTORS: Licensed real estate brokers and agents who are actively engaged in the real estate profession.
