Our Team

Brad Klintworth, Founder and President: Brad founded DA Contracting in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm, including budgeting, design, construction, financing, and investor relations. His extensive experience in the real estate industry includes serving as Director of Development for Liberty Property Trust, a $5.9 billion real estate investment trust, and as a Construction Manager/Development Officer for Prentiss Properties. Brad's expertise in all aspects of the development and construction process, combined with his long-term approach and focus on cost reduction, make him a valuable asset to our clients.
