The Dunivan Company Realtors was founded in May 1989 by David Dunivan, President and Principal Broker. David started the company in a small office in Mechanicsville, Virginia, with a single goal in mind: to provide exceptional real estate services to the people of Hanover County and the surrounding areas. Over the years, our company has grown and evolved, but our commitment to our clients has remained the same. Today, we are proud to employ 16 licensed Realtors and average between 15 and 20 million dollars in net sales each year.
