About Our Team
Mark McHugh, Owner/Broker, has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Business Minor from Western Washington University and is a licensed real estate broker. Mark has received various awards for his dedication to the industry, including the Realtor Achievement Award.
Beth McHugh, Managing Broker, has extensive experience in real estate, having joined Mark in the business in 1991. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Dramatic Art from Whitman College. She is a licensed Managing Broker and is involved in various community organizations, including the Sequim Association of Realtors.
Mitch McHugh, Broker, is a third-generation Real Estate Broker in Washington State. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Management from Eastern Washington University. Mitch has worked as a property claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance and has purchased and sold multiple homes during his time away from Sequim.
