Cleanliness and Maintenance
The community at Arcadia Run is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The streets are always spotless, and the common areas are beautifully landscaped and tidy.
Noise and Parking
However, Mike Lahr, a resident who gave the community 2 stars, noticed that the construction of data centers nearby has increased noise, pollution, and road hazards. Parking was also a concern, as there is never an available spot in his building.

Value
The rent increases mentioned by Mike Lahr and Jacob Costanzo were criticized as being excessive. The rent on a one-bedroom apartment increased by $250 and $130 per month, respectively.
