Dedra was instrumental in selling our house! She helped us navigate a multitude of tiny vexing situations that continued to arise during the selling process and did it with a smile and a positive "we've got this" attitude. When we were worried Dedra was there to reassure us, when we were uncertain she was there to calm our fears, and when we received a back up offer she was there to negotiate the back up offer as well.
