What are the check-in and check-out times for vacation rentals?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available seasonally with prior approval.
How do I access keys after office hours?
An after-hours lock box with code access is available. The code will be provided in your rental confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard with a 3% processing fee. Checks, money orders, and cashier's checks are also accepted for full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Do you offer pet-friendly properties?
Yes, we have pet-friendly options with size and quantity restrictions. A non-refundable pet fee applies to these reservations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable (less $100 fee) if canceled over 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days receive no refund unless the property is re-rented.
Are there age restrictions for renters?
All renters must be at least 25 years old. We do not permit teen or college group rentals and enforce strict occupancy guidelines for all properties.
