Our Services
At Hampshire Property Management Group, we provide a wide range of building services for condominium communities, residential properties, retail, office, mixed-use, and commercial buildings. We have five full-time employees with over one hundred years of combined property management and construction/maintenance experience. Our mission is to provide condominium associations and property owners with access to "the next generation in property management."
Meet Our Team
*Russell B. Jopson, Jr., Property Management Consultant*
Russ has over thirty years of real estate and banking experience. He oversees all aspects of the accounting and financial aspects of the HPMG organization.
*Lisa Nawrocki, Office Manager*
Lisa Nawrocki joined the HPMG team in 2015 and brings with her 37 years of experience in Office Administration. She handles the daily office operations, including leasing inquiries, tenant/owner maintenance calls, and other administrative functions essential to serving our clients' needs.
*Sabrina Bardwell, Director of Property Management*
Sabrina joined the staff at Hampshire Property Management Group (HPMG) in 2014. She is a very hands-on manager who manages several condominium associations, residential and commercial properties, and 55 and older communities. Her newest responsibilities include training new managers, property & client acquisitions, business development, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of HPMG.
