Pet-Friendly
We welcome cats at Huntington Ridge Apartments, with a maximum of two pets per household. A $300 deposit is required, and a monthly pet rent of $15 is applicable. Please note that dogs are not permitted.
Rental Application
If you're interested in making Huntington Ridge Apartments your new home, please fill out our rental application form. We require a $40 per adult application fee, and a $500 deposit. Please note that cash, credit cards, and personal checks are not accepted.
Floor Plans and Pricing
We offer a range of floor plans to suit any lifestyle. Our 1-bedroom apartments start at $1,400 per month, while our 2-bedroom apartments start at $1,750 per month. Lease options are available for 6 and 12 months.
