Communication and Customer Service
Several reviewers mentioned occasions where they felt ignored or unduly delayed in their requests for maintenance or assistance. Aaron Gossage reported paying for utilities for an extended period after moving out, while Summer Brooks stated that the landlord, Bob, expected her to take care of certain issues rather than handling them himself. Marian Varner felt that she was discriminated against due to having HUD and described the company's unwillingness to work with her.

Maintenance and Condition of Properties
Several reviewers criticized the condition of the properties they rented. Summer Brooks reported a disgusting and unclean state of the apartment, with issues like bed bugs and roaches. Donna Duncan described a property in Guysville that required repairs and had an unclean pool. Aaron Gossage mentioned a serious rodent problem and a poorly maintained lawn.
In contrast, Tyler Muncy and Cynthia Riggs praised the maintenance team for addressing their issues promptly. Lauren Epps reported that her maintenance requests were always responded to quickly.
Pricing and Security Deposits
Aaron Gossage felt that he was unfairly charged for utilities and lost a significant portion of his security deposit. He also reported being charged for furniture removal. Summer Brooks mentioned that she had to deal with issues like black mold and a sinking floor, only to be told that someone would attend to them, but Bob failed to follow through.
On the other hand, Matt praised the reasonable rent and utilities. Cynthia Riggs reported that she paid a small fee for having pets, and her rental experience was overall very positive.
