What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout may be available for $50 + tax.

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Money Orders, and Certified Checks for reservations.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations forfeit the $200 deposit. Final payments are non-refundable, but travel insurance is available.
Are pets allowed in rental units?
No, all condominium rentals strictly prohibit pets to maintain property standards.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, we offer optional CSA Travel Protection insurance at 6.95% of your reservation cost.
What happens if a maintenance issue occurs?
Maintenance requests are handled promptly during business hours. Emergency services are available after hours.
