Water Damage and Maintenance Issues
Some reviewers experienced significant issues with water damage and maintenance. Meggin Vela reported that their unit was flooded during a storm, and Shaun Flowers noted that the carpet was soaked when they moved in. Shaun also reported multiple instances of maintenance requests being ignored and issues being left unresolved.
