Rent can be paid via personal check, money order, cashier's check, or online through our payment portal. Payments are due on the 1st of each month with late fees after the 3rd.

Yes, all units include furniture packages with bedroom and common area items. Furnished options are available for individual leases, while joint leases may opt for custom furniture.
