Office Staff and Customer Service
The office manager Tiffany was praised for her pleasant and helpful nature. She was described as "VERY PLEASANT" and "ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY CONCERNS". Alayshia, the leasing agent, was also commended for her supportive and friendly demeanor.
Amenities and Maintenance
The gym and personal trainer, Darrell, were highly praised for their professionalism and effectiveness. The community events and maintenance response were also appreciated. However, some issues with maintenance requests and mold in the apartments were reported.
Renovations and Communication
Some residents were unhappy with the renovation process and communication. One resident was given a 30-day notice to vacate without being offered alternative accommodations. Another resident felt unwelcomed after being told to "not listen to neighbors" when inquiring about the renovation timeline.
