Each apartment includes a dishwasher, private balcony or patio, and wide full-view closets, providing the perfect blank canvas for you to add your personal touch. Our apartment homes are designed with your comfort in mind, with features such as wall A/C units and linen closets. Select apartments also feature vaulted ceilings and stunning views, adding an extra touch of luxury to your home.

Community Amenities

In addition to our apartment homes, our community offers a range of amenities for our residents to enjoy. Our community features a picnic pavilion with grills, a playground, and a pool with a sun deck, providing the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun in the summer months. We also offer controlled building access, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and storage space, ensuring that our residents feel safe and cared for at all times.

At Deer Creek Apartments, we understand that your pets are part of your family, which is why we welcome cats in our community. We allow a maximum of two cats per apartment home, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per cat.
