Rude Property Manager
Some residents of a building have reported having a negative experience with the property manager, Mary Heberger. They have described her as unfriendly, rude, and unresponsive to concerns. She has been accused of being overly aggressive in her approach to managing the building, going so far as to send out accusatory emails and texts to all residents. The situation has led to an unwelcoming atmosphere in the building.
Excellent Property Managers
On the other hand, several residents have had a positive experience with the property managers at Pyramid Real Estate Group. George Theodoridis, in particular, has been praised for his professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness. He has been described as a true professional who gets things done efficiently and effectively. Other residents have praised Edward Bertino for his prompt and efficient response to concerns and issues.
Poor Real Estate Agent
One resident has had a poor experience with the real estate agent, Pyramid Real Estate Group. The agent, Brian Dornan, took a long time to put the property on the market, and even then, only provided a limited number of photos. The property ultimately sold, but the resident feels that they lost a significant amount of money due to the agent's ineffectiveness.
