Originally functioning as an in-house real estate service for custom home clients of Harkins Development Corporation, Harkins Realty, Inc has since evolved into a comprehensive commercial real estate firm that offers a full range of business-oriented services. Our History
The Harkins family of companies dates back to 1974 when founder C. William Harkins established a small building company from his office in Lake Mary, Florida. At the time, he was already a licensed professional civil engineer, Class A general contractor, and commercially focused real estate broker. Over the past thirty years, the Harkins family of companies has branched into two separate entities. In January of 2006, Mark Harkins joined the team as President of Harkins Commercial, Inc. Shortly thereafter, Mark developed the real estate division into a stand-alone comprehensive commercial real estate firm. Today, Harkins Commercial, Inc. has become a "one-stop shop" for all owners and investors of real estate, management, and development needs.
