The maintenance team, consisting of Chris, Alex, and Alejandro, have been praised for their prompt response to maintenance requests and their willingness to lend a hand.
Negative Experiences
However, some residents have expressed disappointment and frustration with the management and maintenance of the property. Issues with hot water heaters, mold, and flooding have been reported, and some residents have felt dismissed or talked down to by management.
