Coffee Bae had a severely negative experience, citing numerous issues with the property. These included a malfunctioning sauna, dirty grills, and thin walls that allowed noise from neighbors to be heard. They also mentioned issues with security and the condition of the community pool.
Welcoming and Helpfulness
