The management team is responsive, addressing emails within 24 hours, and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The grounds are well-maintained, and the pool is nice. The staff is polite, caring, and efficient in resolving issues.

There are issues with deposits, with one reviewer claiming that their mother's deposit "vanished" and the new management company has no record of it. Another reviewer experienced a rent increase every year, and had issues with the quality of the carpet and kitchen counters.
