Many reviewers have had terrible experiences at Newport Village Apartments. One reviewer, Krysten Howard, shared a horrific story of how the management treated her mother and sister poorly, even after they had been loyal residents for over 7 years. The management, specifically Monica, was described as "petty" and unresponsive to the needs of the residents.
