Pet Policy
We welcome one pet per apartment home with a $300 pet deposit and a 25-pound weight limit.

We offer surface lot parking, with guest parking available.

To reach us, take state route 58 to the CA-202 exit, then turn right onto CA-202/Tucker Rd. Take the first left onto W Tehachapi Blvd and then the first right onto Mountain View Ave. Turn left onto W E St, and 554 W E ST will be on the right.
