Problems with Quality and Maintenance
The apartment complex has several issues with quality and maintenance. Sai Gogineni, who gave the apartment a 2-star review, mentioned that the apartment isn't great quality and has poor soundproofing. He could hear conversations from outside and people walking above him, even though he was on the second floor. The building shakes when a train passes by.
