Our team is responsible for managing all routine and day-to-day operations for all properties under The Blue Groups management. This includes lease administration, yearly budgeting, lease reconciliations, tenant accountability, vendor management and contracts, ground maintenance, and roof and structure maintenance. We also establish specifications for each vendor contract, such as landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and more.
