Our journey began in 1971 when Francis X. Emmet, Jr. founded the company as the successor to Hohenstein Brothers and Donahue, Inc., a well-established real estate firm in Washington, DC. We have managed properties owned by individuals, trusts, corporations, partnerships, and government agencies, including the District of Columbia and Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.
