Our team of experienced community managers takes a hands-on approach to management, conducting regular building inspections, attending frequent Board Meetings, and responding promptly to any issues that may arise.

We also provide full bookkeeping services, assist in budget preparation, and provide your Board of Directors with the tools necessary to run a building that is prepared for long-term capital expenses. Additionally, we train our managers to be knowledgeable of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending requirements and to aggressively bid out insurance, which is typically 50% of the Association's annual operating budget.
