Disappointing Experience
Inconsistent Expectations
Some tenants were disappointed with their apartment's appearance, citing differences between the showroom and the actual apartment. For instance, Kelly B. mentioned that their kitchen sink was not as deep as expected and lacked a built-in microwave or ice maker. Similarly, Francess Sifuentes noted that her apartment was not as clean and the laundry facilities were in poor condition.
Poor Service
Many tenants expressed frustration with the leasing office's response to their concerns. Kelly B. was disappointed that the leasing office seemed unresponsive to concerns about security and did not take immediate action to address issues. Francess Sifuentes also felt that the management was incompetent and inexperienced, and that maintenance issues were not addressed promptly.
Lack of Security
Kelly B. also mentioned that the leasing office claimed to not have used security personnel at night, which made her uneasy. Ekrem, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the staff and felt they were responsive to his needs.
Unpleasant Encounters
Several tenants had unpleasant experiences with the staff. Chloe Baca was shown an apartment by a rude leasing office employee who seemed hesitant to show her the property. Francess Sifuentes, on the other hand, had a negative experience with the management, citing errors and inconsistencies in her bill.
