Poor Maintenance and Leasing Experience
The worst leasing experience was reported by Shonte Sierra Reynolds, who mentioned that upon move-in, roaches were present, and the leasing office tried to downplay the issue. The units were poorly renovated, with new appliances being too large for the apartments. Water damage, drill holes, and mold growth were also present in the units.
Professional Staff and Maintenance
On the other hand, Brenton Sarles, Toni Darby, and Patrica Lovett had positive experiences with the property manager Jordan and the maintenance team. They reported quick responses to their needs, professional service, and a well-maintained property.
Domestic Issue and Eviction
Destynee Edgerton reported a negative experience with the property manager Jordan, who asked her to leave the apartment due to a domestic issue. Despite being the victim, Destynee was told to leave and was charged for termination of lease, water, trash, and damage to the door.
