Leasing and Fees
To ensure a smooth transition, we have outlined our fees and requirements. You can expect to pay an application fee of $50 per individual/$75 per couple and an administration fee of $200 for one-bedroom units, $300 for two-bedroom units, and $400 for three-bedroom units. Pest control services are also included in our rental fees.
