Our Background

Our team has extensive experience in new construction developments in San Francisco, where we learned to manage the build-to-buy process for multiple mid-to-high-rise condominium developments in the early 1990s. We have also worked with builders, developers, designers, investors, architects, attorneys, and thousands of buyers, giving us unparalleled insight into the real estate market. This experience has allowed us to develop a unique approach to real estate sales, one that combines our understanding of design, market trends, and the needs of our clients.
